The King of Smlosa was a power created by the October 1 Declaration. The King of Smlosa was technically the owner of all the land in the Kingdom of Smlosa, and he could deny people the right to use it. He could also veto acts of the Smlosian House of Repersenitives if they did not have a three-fourths majority. The current King of Smlosa is Luis Treece.
