The Kholmistaya Tsep Hill Range (Russian: Холмистая Цеп хребет, Dutch: Kholmistaya Tsep Heuvel Bereik) is a hill range in the Independent Federal Republic of the Arstotzkan Union. It houses the city of Kholm, Arstotzkan Capitol District and is one of the highest points in the Arstotzkan Union.

It streches from the southern tip of Judea and heads northwest towards the western tip of New Zealand Peninsula. It acted as a natural border between New Zealand and the Independent Federal Republic of the Arstotzkan Union until an amendment to the Land and Territories Act expanded Sostoyaniye to be 58.21m2 larger and made the Kholmistaya Tsep Hill Range useless as a natural border.

It still stands to this day and is often visited by members of the Federal Government.

In April 2021, the Kholmistaya Tsep Hill Range was added to the map of Sostoyaniye, officially making it a part of the Arstotzkan Union.

The name Kholmistaya Tsep, is direves from the russian words for Hilly Range.
