History
Pre cosneria
The Imperial Republic of Cosneria is the second micronation of its founder and leader Toby Cosner before cosneria Toby Cosner lead the United Republic of Dog land as its first and only president. Dog Land was a short-lived project due to inexperience. Dog Land lasted roughly from the start of the summer of 2017 to about July 2017. it would be somewhere between 7-9 months before cosneria was born.
Cosnerian founding
somewhere between the months of May and April of 2018 the Imperial Republic of Cosneria was founded. whilst having a conversation with a friend and fellow micronationalist Toby Cosner brought up that he was going to create another micronation. Toby's friend suggested that it should be a despotism and be named after Toby. Toby took the suggestion and named the new micronation the Empire of Cosneria. despite its current existence cosneria actually became defunct for almost 1,1/2 years during this time Toby began his fascination with the Roman empire. in the 2020/2021 school year Toby Cosner founded the Missouri separatist party with the aims of creating a politicly independent Missouri. Toby eventually decided this was a lost cause and reformed the empire of cosneria with the members of the Missouri separatist party.
Early growth
when Cosneria was reformed from the Missouri separatist party there where only two members Toby and the head of the militia wing, commander Davis. Toby and Davis would often discuss ways to expand and finance the Empire often in unrealistic ways. soon after the reformation of the Empire new citizens began to arrive but not many. all together this period in cosneria was pretty unremarkable.
Modern day
The Empire recently gained new members and has been recognized by four other micronations. The nations that recognized cosneria are as follows: the Begaly commonwealth, the dictatorial republic of Vironesian, the democratic people's republic of Monzen, and the socialist republic of Jakwal. in this period cosneria has reached out to the micronational community and has begun working on a project to change micro nationalism.

legio communis. legio communis is the ground army of cosneria. their duties include protecting roads, defending positions, depots, cities, borders, outpost's, etc. legio mare. legio mare is the navy of cosneria. their duties include. defending rivers, harbors, and water trade routes. they fight with sword and shield legio aere. legio aere is the air force of cosneria. their duties include. areal scouting and air defense. they fight with drones legio astra. legio astra is the space force of cosneria. their duty is to manage the cosnerian rocket program. they don't fight legio prim. legio prim is the imperial bodyguard or imperial guard.

legio communis. a squad is made of 4 privets and 1 Sergent. 5 squads make up a centry led by a captain centurion. 5 centuries' make up a cohort led by a commander centurion. 5 cohorts make up a legion led by a legatus minor. the combined legions of communis make of legio communis led by a legatus major. legio mare. a river boat is made of 4 sailors and 1 captain minor. a small harbor ship is comprised of 14 sailors, 6-8 marines, and 1 captain. 4-5 river boats make a river fleet lead by a captain major. 5-6 small harbor boats make a fleet lead by an admiral. all the fleets of mare combine to make legio mare lead by a grand admiral legio aere. 5 drones make 1 air squadron lead by a squadron leader. 3 squadrons make an air formation led by a commander. 4 air formations make an aerial armada lead by an air marshal legio astra has no figting structure legio prim. 1 guard detachment is made of 4 guards and 1 guard captain. 3 detachments make up a guard platoon lead by a guard commander. 4 guard platoons make up legio prim lead by the guard prefect
