Hikialani, is a micronation founded by Marie Kandito, the girlfriend of Charles I of Ela'r'oech. It serves as a member of the LENS. It was founded on November 4.
History
November 4 - Charles and Marie create the nation together and declare it a member state of the LENS.
Economy
It uses Ela'r'oech as a base, which is not unusual considering Ela'r'oech is it's parent state. Currently it holds a Hikarian branch of ACBIC and ACID ESports.
Space Program
It's in a united space program with Ela'r'oech and Vizington.
Foreign Relations
It is in a pact of Elarian-based nations called "League of Elarian Nations."
It has made diplomatic contact with it's parent, Ela'r'oech.
It is recognized by all LENS nations.
