Guinpen is one of the four provinces of Essizia and the largest. Guinpen is also the legislative capital of Essizia.
Etymology
The name of the province comes from the word Penguin, as it is their national animal.
Government
The province's political form is an absolutist, hereditary monarchy. The law is based mainly on the provincial religion. The head of government is Parashonts. The premier is the head of government of Guinpen and the King of Essizia is the head of state of Guinpen.
