Foreign relations of Imruland

The foreign relations of Imruland are directed by the Governor's Office and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. All the diplomatic relations treaties must be signed by the Governor or the Prime Minister or the Minister of Foriegn Affairs. The process of approving the treaties can go two ways: a foreign micronation contacts the Imruland administration or the Imruland administration contacts any micronation. The Governor's Office, the Prime Minister's Office and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs discuss with the contact and make a treaty draft. The treaty becomes effective after signing by the representatives of the both country and the Prime Minister declares a governmental notification.
