Federal Parliament Hall of Excelsior

The Federal Parliament Hall of Excelsior is an outdoor gathering center in Raphaël Olivier Square designated as the official meeting place de jure of the Federal Parliament of Excelsior, comprised of the People's Senate and Federal Assembly. The Hall is rarely used, as both houses of Parliament meet de facto on Excelsior's official Discord server, but the hall is often used for government events. The coronation of Queen Finn I occurred in the hall.
