The Executive Chairman of the Federal Assembly of the Arstotzkan Union is the head of the Federal Assembly and is the highest authority over the Arstotzkan Federal Congress and House of Representatives. The Executive Chairman advises the Executive Committee on matters relating to the legislative body of the Arstotzkan Federal Government. They are also the individual to report legislation to the Executive Committee once its been passed by the two houses.
