Empire of Shamashia

The Empire of Shamashia, more commonly known as simply Shamashia or Empire of the Sun, is a micronation located in São Paulo, Brazil.
Shamashia is a relatively new nation, gaining independence on 9 September 2021. Its culture is based around worshipping the Sun as the Most Divine Being, and believing that the Sun will always arrive even after the darkest of days and that it is the Eternal Remover of Darkness. It currently claims the territory of its Emperor's, Johannes I, bedroom (in an undisclosed location for security purposes), small parts around a lake near Jundiaquara, SP, and the entire surface of the Sun.
Shamashia's government is that of a parliamentary constitutional monarchy, with the Emperor as its head along with the moderator power, and includes the judicial, executive and legislative branches of government as well. The general idea of this system is that so the Emperor can have significant power over the nation, since its official religion believes that the Sun grants power to the worthiest person to rule, one that will bring justice, peace, and prosperity to the nation, while also allowing the people to have the power to vote for who they would like to rule more locally.
