Sabaria (Romanian: Sabaria), officially The Sabarian Federation (Romanian: Federația Săbăreană) is a self-proclaimed state located in Eastern Europe. Sabaria claims the Romanian communes of Jilava, Vidra and 1 Decembrie, but only controls small parts of these communes. It's largest commune is Jilava, which also serves as the de jure capital of the state. Other major villages are 1 Decembrie (called Copacenii-de-sus by Sabarians) and Vidra.
Etymology
The name Sabaria comes from the w:Sabar_(river) river, a river that has defined the region for most of its history. The origin of the river's name is unknown.

Politics and government
Sabaria is a Federal Presidential Republic.
Head of state
The Head of state is President. He holds legislative and executive powers in the government and acts as Supreme Commander of the Sabarian Armed Forces in times of war.
Law and order
Law and order is maintained by the Sabarian Civilian Police, the largest paramilitary law-enforcment organization in Sabaria.
Military
The Sabarian Armed Forces consist of land, air, and naval forces led by a Commander-in-chief under the supervision of the Ministry of National Defence, and by the president as the Supreme Commander during wartime. The Armed Forces consist of 12 Military personnel - with 3 in active service, 3 in reserve and 6 serving in paramilitary units.
