. The Khizerkhelist Sultanate e Isakhelistan was formed as a result of the dissolution of the Shabbiristan and is a micronation in Pakistan (Not a separatist movement). On April 4, 2024, Usmaan Khan Niazi, the founder of Shabbiristan, decided to create a new micronation due to internal conflicts among the citizens. Thus, he dissolved Shabbiristan and established the Khizerkhelist Sultanate e Isakhelistan using the same capital as Shabbiristan.
On April 15, 2024, the Khizerkhelist Sultanate e Isakhelistan issued its own ID card style. However, the micronation did not create its own constitution from scratch; instead, it adapted the constitution of Shabbiristan with some modifications. As a result, the Khizerkhelist Sultanate e Isakhelistan is considered the youngest micronation in Pakistan.
The Khizerkhelist Sultanate e Isakhelistan has its own military, known as the Khizerkhelist Armed Force, which consists of six soldiers. The Khizerkhelist Armed Force is led by Syed Yousaf Shah.

Becuse he observe that some citizens are trying to takeover Shabbiristan. se Usmaan Khan Niazi formed Khizerkhelist Sultanate e Isakhelistan on 15 april 2024 and make three state in it and make Khizeristan its Capital.
