The Declaration of Independence, Sovereignty and Freedom is one of the founding documents that declares the existence of the Arstotzkan Union. It was originally written and approved of in June 2020 but a revision was created by the Federal Assembly and Executive Committees to bring it up to international standards.

History

When the Arstotzkan Union was founded on 22 August 2019 and the declaration of independence was more oral then written. The first Constitution was regarded as the Declaration of Independence. This was until the end of the Arstotzkan Wars when the National Assembly of the National Government of the Arstotzkan Union commissioned for an official Declaration of Independence.

On 30 June 2020 the Declaration of Independence, Sovereignty and Freedom of the Independent Democratic Republic of the Arstotzkan Union was signed by Ethan Brinkman, Tyler Brazier, Peter Gedye and Joshua Smith. For nearly two years the Declaration signed on 30 June 2020 became the de-facto and in use declaration until 2022 when it was being archived that it was realized that the Declaration of Independence did not fit the growing standards of the Arstotzkan Union legal system and so it was rewritten to be more inline with the new standards.

On 11 April 2022 the revision was passed by the Federal Assembly and Executive Committee and became the new Declaration of Independence.

We as the representatives of our people invite all peoples of the world to respect and acknowledge the sovereignty and independence of our state and that they are to see the people of our nation as Arstotzkan’s, whether born, or brought upon our soil, or however, but they are to be seen as members of our state and that they should be protected as if any other individual of any other nation whether micro or macro.
