The District and Council Command Authority for the Unified State of the Arstotzkan Union Proper, or Council Registration, was the main governing body for the command for the districts of the Union Proper and their Council Leaders. It was the oldest Government Subsidiaries in the Arstotzkan Union. The Council Registration was created as to be a governing body because of the fact that there was no authority over the council leaders of the Proper districts.
History
The Council Registration was founded on July 19, 2020.
On 4 November 2022, the Congress of the State and Territories of the Arstotzkan Union announced the creation of the United Governance Act 2022, which united all government control to the Congress, including that of the state. This dissolved the Council Registration.
