The Couleuvres Bill (Bill C6311) is a bill introduced in the House of Commons of Baustralia, by nationalist MP Micheal Johnson on 2 June 2023. While it passed with a majority of 'ayes', the bill did not receive royal assent due to the Île aux Couleuvres Act, 5 John 1 c. 10, already granting the land to the Empire of Kapreburg, thus the Parliament no longer held jurisdiction over the territory. It is the only Act of Parliament which was refused royal assent.
