The Chernofemboysk State is an independent sovereign state, often referred to as a Micronation by outside observers, founded on 24 October 2023 by Owen Bean. It is a "Femboyite despotic regime" as claimed by its own government, and currently occupies 20 acres spread between the US states of Connecticut and Rhode Island. Chernofemboysk has a population of 5 citizens.
Etymology
Chernofemboysk is most probably a combination of the name Chernobyl and the word femboy with an "-sk" suffixed to this combination.
Government
Chernofemboysk is governed by a Femboyite despotic regime governed by Grand Leader Owen Bean. He serves as the sole leader of the Chernofemboysk State and rules with an authoritative style of governance.
