The Women's Micronations World Cup, is the highest association football competition in this category, it was officially created in 2015. But its predecessor, the so-called "Women's International Cup" had tournaments since 2004, and is played every three years. This tournament, like the Micronations World Cup, is managed by the FIIFA.
