Wellington Lee Hean Yam (Chinese: 李賢炎; born 2 March 1944) is a Hokoanese politician who is the first and current President of Hokoan, assumed office since 3 February 2014. Before becoming head-of-state, Lee was a local journalist, novelist and poet in Mandarin and Malay on philosophy, geography, and local politics. He was a lawyer from 1975 until his retirement in 2013 and started writing articles as his retirement hobby.

Lee was sworn on 3 February 2014 as Hokoan's first president after the country self-declared independence on 3 February 2014.
