Wayne Wheatley is an American-Wynnish Noble. He is the grandfather of the Maximilian I and current head of the House of Wheatley. He served as Wynnland's first Head of Government from 1 June 2020 to 2 June 2020. He currently serves as a Generalmajor in the Wynnish Grand Army leading the King's Own Reserve Regiment.
