Vince Santillan Jugado was born in 1 November 2007 he was the youngest son of Victor Jugado and Fely Grace Jugado.
Emperor Vince graduated Elementary at Cornelio C. Reta Elementary School, graduated Junior High School at Francisco Bangoy National High School and currently in 11th Grade S.T.E.M.(Science, Technology,Engineering,and Mathematics) at Philippine Academy of Sakya Davao Inc.(菲律宾纳卯佛教龙华学校)
Vince was mainly Imperialist and he believed that a superpower ruling a weaker country would fix the problems of the weaker country but he soon realize about the People now he's a Nationalist that embraces the People and Culture.
Micronational Politics
As mentioned Vince was the Emperor and Prime Minister of the Empire of Vilasia he become the Emperor of Vilasia on March 11, 2021 and Prime Minister on March 11, 2023. In his early life on Micro-Politics he was actually ambitious and a little bit of arrogant he banned Lgbtq Community,Jews,Freedom of Speech and more this brings hatred towards him but years has passed on he was able to unbanned the LGBTQ community, Jews and bring back the Freedom of Speech in Vilasia. He also established multiple relations with other Micronations namely Arlandica,Hesminia,Curimae,Balzi and etc.
