The Vice-President of EMU is the 2nd highest position in European Micronational Union. Vice-President is chosen by President of European Micronational Union
In the event of the vacancy in the office of the president, the Vice-President assumes the duties of the president. For example, after the resignation of Tobias Guttierez the Vice-President, Arthur Korney, was acting president briefly in 2020, before a new president could be elected.
The fifth and current Vice-President is Arthur Korney, appointed after resignation from the post as The President of EMU.
