the Viadalvian Commonwealth is a political association of 5 member states, all of which are former territories of Viadalvia The chief institutions of the organisation are the Commonwealth Council, which focuses on intergovernmental aspects, The meetings are hold once a year The Commonwealth dates back to the first incarination when Konraq and Viadalvia formed the organization Though later 6 states that where formerly part of Viadalvia either directly or indirectly, The logo of the Viadalvian Commonwealth is the former Viadalvian cat part of the art route tree rings and he is in the last few weeks by Visual artist Niels Sheets (created by Viadalvians) along with many-especially young-district enjoyed made and painted and now placed in the pond

History

Structure

The Commonwealth Council,, is the main intergovernmental agency of the Commonwealth, facilitating consultation and co-operation among member governments and countries. It is responsible to member governments collectively. The Chairman is the preseding officer of the Commonwealth Council, The council norganises Commonwealth summits, meetings of ministers, consultative meetings and technical discussions; it assists policy development and provides policy advice, and facilitates multilateral communication among the member governments. It also provides technical assistance to help governments in the social and economic development of their countries and in support of the Commonwealth's fundamental political values.

The Council were instituted in the refoundation, The composition of the Council was determined by how many influence a former Viadalvian nation had. plus citizens and its members are first assembled on 21 May 2021. Among the nations were Wallenia (represented by five members), Asterland (three), Patalla (also three), and the smaller republics of Derkzap and Brochar one seat each

The criteria for membership of the Viadalvian Commonwealth is that any future members would have to have a direct constitutional or cultural link with Viadalvia In addition to this rule, the former rules were consolidated into a single document. New members must "as a general rule" have a direct constitutional link to an existing member. In most cases, a member state being a formerly part of Viadalvia

Middle West Islands

The Middle West Island is a production created by former Dolmenian leader, Guy van Volen. While it is not an offical Viadalvian Commonwealth project its seen as a de facto one, The series are following the stories of Dolmania, Viadalvia and Helsvenium which existed as active micronations at some point.

The fictional Viadalvia is portrayed as a Communist Republic and has a conflict with Dolmania,Viadalvias captial is Patavia with few large settlements outside of its province capitals. the country still counts with a large percentage of its population living in rural areas. Viadalvia culture in this version is based on the late 80's early 90's culture, The Viadalvian language protrayed as "Viadalvian" is actually the language of Viadalci, a germanic variant of Viadalvian
