Asexuals driving in Russia

Yes. This has been known to extend to asexual individuals. You serious? https://www.bbc.com/news/world-europe-30735673

What do I have to do with that? I don't speak for the Russian government. Though to be precise, the Government Decree only extends the prohibition "in the presence of chronic and protracted mental disorders with severe persistent or often exacerbating painful manifestations", and I don't recall it being ever enforced. UPD: Sorry, I didn't realize you're referring to my November edit. I'm a Russian asexual and my license is with me, there's no mention of asexuality in the decree you're referring to, nor in ICD-10 which it quotes. The Spokesperson of the Russian Ministry of Health explicitly clarified that no such prohibition exists.Yaroslav (talk) 17:54, 18 January 2021 (UTC)
Another asexual on the internet? Nice to meet you! ... I'm sorry that I overreacted. I assumed that you were being rude or discriminatory, not that you were seeking to help. Thanks for the reply and the more in-depth article. Cheers from one cold country (Canada) to another!
