The Duchy of Seekeria [[w:International Phonetic Alphabet|(/ˈseekeria/ˈsikəriə) is the largest subdivision of the Norfolk Empire. It is surrounded by the American State of Florida.

The Duchy of Seekeria is a Semi-parliamentary monarchy, under the Norfolk Empire, with HRM Duke Iyan Seeker I as the head of government and state. The population of the Duchy of Bitty Ridge is currently only two and the largest and only city is Micasa. The Duchy of Bitty Ridge has one official language English.


The word "Bitty Ridge" was the name of an old property that HRM Duke Robert Norfolk I and HRM Duchess Dorothy Norfolk I owned before the Duchy of Bitty Ridge[1]. The word also roughly means the small back of a man or beast in Old English[2].



On 25 June 2019, the Royal Family of the Norfolk Empire officially declared independence from the United States of America. They sent the Declaration of Independence to the President of the United States of America, the Secretary of State of the United States of America, the Governor of Florida, the Governor of North Carolina, the Representative for Florida’s 15th Congressional District, the Representative for North Carolina’s 11th Congressional District, Hillsborough County Sheriff's Office, the Representative for Florida’s 13th Congressional District, and the Pinellas County Administrator. After the multiple declarations of independence were sent to each of those individuals, the Royal Family of the Norfolk Empire signed the thirty article-long constitution of the Norfolk Empire. This constitution is currently being kept by HRH Prince Cooper Norfolk I in an undisclosed location so that the constitution will not be damaged.


The Duchy of Bitty Ridge only has one city, the City of Micasa.

The Duchy of Bitty Ridge has the exact population of two. The average age of a citizen of the Duchy of Bitty Ridge is 87 years.


English is the most commonly spoken language in the Duchy of Bitty Ridge, known and used daily by the entire Population.

French Culture and American Culture have a large effect on the Duchy of Bitty Ridge. Some citizens enjoy watching Golf.

Citizens enjoy listening to Michael Bublé. The food Lasagna is also very popular among citizens.


The Duchy of Bitty Ridge does not have an official religion that is recognized by the government, but 50% of the citizens are members of Christianity, 100% Methodist and the other 50% follow Heathenry, 100% Urglawee.

Article Eight of the Constitution of the Norfolk Empire states that the “Parliament, the Prime Minister, or the Royal Family shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the government for a redress of grievances.” This article allows any citizen of the Duchy of Bitty Ridge to have the freedom of religion.


The Duchy of Bitty Ridge manufactures dresses and overalls for a charity, so they are not distributed to the citizens of the Norfolk Empire. They also have a small custom sewing industry and a small composting industry.
