The Urabbaparcensian Inspectorate is the apex body of the Urabbaparcensian Governance Service, and includes the Visitatorial Commission, an independent governance organ of the Enactorate of Urabbaparcensia (formerly Urabba Parks Pty Ltd).

Composition

Item 4.1 of the table in subsection 100(4) of the Constitution of Urabba Parks Pty Ltd mentions the Urabbaparcensian Inspectorate within the independent governance service (the Urabbaparcensian Governance Service). The table also has item 4.1.0 relating to the Visitatorial Commission of Urabba Parks (a kind of 'permanent' Enactorial Commission). The Visitatorial Commission is headed by the Chairman of the Visitatorial Commission and constituted by Visitatorial Commissioners who are classified in category V and are appointed on the presentation of visitational members of Urabba Parks Pty Ltd. The Secretary of the Visitatorial Commission is a secretary of Urabba Parks Pty Ltd and is also in category V.[Constitution 1] The classification of Enactorial Commissioners in category V allows for their ability to gather information under the agreement of jurisdiction, binding the parties to the Constitution and those voluntarily willing to be bound by the Urabbaparcensian legal system. The linking of an appointment of a Visitatorial Commissioner to a visitational membership is to ensure their independence is protected by the Constitution.
