The nation bases itself on socialism and Marxism, and has a unitary government made up of a workers council and branching representatives where anyone over the age of 18 can make decisions to help improve the nation. If you wish to become a citizen, you must contribute to the nation in one of many ways.

The official nation of Dilllia has land Norway, and claimed territory on the southern hemisphere of Saturn's moon Titan. The name Dilllia is spelled with three L's, as this is the way it is spelled in the nations native language; Dilllian. The nation is supposed to provide healthcare and education to its citizens, as well as a place to work. But the main focus is to abolish social classes and give workers the right to receive what they work for, without the employers taking the fruits of their labor. The nation is divided into communes, like states, under a central government.

The capital is named Buckville. All citizens have the right to have themselves heard in the state. Dilllia regularly works towards implementing left-wing policies in other nations, so workers don't have to suffer under capitalism.
