Attempts at democratization of the Unironic State
The Instrument of Governance was Unironia`s first Republican Constitution since 2011, although nothing really changes initially with the position of Emperor migrating to the role of President of Unironia, and the Chancellor`s office being maintained under a new holder. The authoritarian structure of the government was only meant as a temporary measure to facilitate free elections, although this never materialized.Local Elections led to nothing but disputed results and confusion as to who was in charge. worsening stagnation would plague Unironia in the coming years, this was only hastened by the Covid-19 Pandemic blockin plans to host a nationwide seating of the senate to draft plans for a system to elect the President. The Unironic people eventually instituted a popular restoration of the Empire which took affect on August 20, 2021.
