Turtle City is the capital of the Principality of Posaf which is macronationaly located near North Bend. Turtle City was the first AROP in Posaf, to be established, that still exists to this day. The Province is was founded by Henry Rydina after the land was able to be used for the Capital. The incumbent mayor is Evan Rydina.

Etymology

Nievenorte comes from the Spanish words for "snow" (nieve) and "north" (norte). The Spanish language was becoming popular in Squamily and the government decided on the name by combining the two words.
