The Kingdom of Herzetia, more commonly known as Herzetia, was a micronation located in Oregon, United States. It was made up of five provinces. All of Herzetia's claims were in North America, with its borders touching the United States of America. It was located approximately 40 miles from the province of Austaniastan, belonging to the United Provinces of Natlin and the State of Malinovia. Herzetia was an absolute monarchy, and the king served as the Herzetian representative in the Micronational Assembly. The Kingdom of Herzetia is dissolved as of August 8, 2020 due to the Insurgency's victory during the Herzetian Insurgency.

Etymology
The name "Herzetia" was invented by the current monarch of the micronation and has no direct ties to anything intentionally, although the German word for "heart" is "herz".
History
The Kingdom of Herzetia was founded and declared independence from the United States of America on March 25 of 2018, on the basis of the monarch's disapproval of United States politics and society. There is no constitution or bill of rights written, but a declaration of independence does exist.

Politics and government
The Kingdom of Herzetia was an absolute monarchy, with one monarch who controls all functions and aspects of the Herzetian government. The monarch made all decisions and implemented any laws they saw fit. Although the legislation was very totalitarian, the first king planned to dismantle the monarchy and replace it with a representative democracy.
Foreign relations
Herzetia did not have official diplomatic relations with any nations at the time of its dissolution. It formerly had relations with the Federation of Imperial States, Republic of Mativati, New Cuba, The Federation of the United States, and the United Ocean States. Herzetia was involved in two armed conflicts, the Latellan War and Herzetian Insurgency.
Military
There was only one branch of the Herzetian military, the Herzetian Army. It had 1 active serviceman.
