"This advertisement is not endorsed nor affiliated by the Government of the Cupertino Alliance and was created by <campaign name>"
is present for ads which contain the Cupertino Alliance logo, agency logo, ministerial logo, or Arms. For political advertisements without the statement above, it can be rendered as unlawful in the Cupertino Alliance.
