The Tax Act of 2022 is an act of parliament in the Kingdom of Albia. The bill is the oldest in the Kingdom and was the first bill passed. It was proposed by Luke I of Albia and enacted by royal ascent after its proposal.
Provisions
Article I
Article I outlines the purpose of the act.
Article II
Article II establishes a fixed income tax within Albia, the proportions of the tax collected that goes to the Government and the proportion that goes to the monarchy.
Article III
Article III tax exempts the monarch from the money they earn from their share of tax collected from within the Kingdom.
Article IV
Article IV legislates time the bill comes into effect after gaining royal ascent.
Article V
Allows for the repealing of the bill by the Monarch or by the People of Albia.
