Poor Quality

This article was marked for poor quality for several reasons:

  • There are a number of red links.
  • The infobox flag is not up to wiki standards.
  • There are no proper bullet points or tables to assist in the categorization of information, such as diplomatic relations.
  • There is no one infobox; all relevant information is spread out into several different infoboxes without apparent order.
  • The top of the page houses images that are far too large for wiki standards, which are typically at or below a pixel width of 420.
  • There are too many sections that are detailed by one sentence, nearly all of which could be incorporated into other more relevant sections or filed into sub-sections (which there are currently none).
  • Nearly every detail is vague in its description. Take "main industries" for example; the main industry of this entity is "many." That is not a main industry. There are also three official religions in this entity, none of which are named. And these are just two examples of at least fifty I could find.
  • The grammar style of this article is non-conforming to the standards upheld by the wiki. Quite possibly the biggest grammar error can be found in the entity's name itself: "Peoples Republic" should be spelled "People's Republic."
  • There is an insane amount of bias given by this article. An easy to find example of this is found, oddly enough, in the etymology section: "No matter how many tensions have faced Duke he has always respected his fellow micronationalists for there fight for independence." Aside form the grammatical errors and the fact that this shouldn't even be filed under etymology, the fact remains that the purpose of this sentence is to show undying support to the entity in question. This type of bias is against the wiki rules, and can be found in several more places.
  • Much of the information is rather dubious. This is especially true of the entity's "airline" and its currency. I have already outlined the dubious nature of its airline in the relevant article's talk page, so I will focus my point on the fictionality of its currency. For starters, no monetary system pegged to the USD can claim to not have inflation. Inflation is the single reason why the USD has value, because over time people agree that it has more or less value than it did in the past. Also, there is a picture of the currency in question on the wiki, and from what I have seen of it, there is no way that it is valued at 5 USD, or that there are 25,000,000 USD worth of it. All it is is a printed copy of a macronational currency, with several things like the face and name simply whited out in what I assume was MS Paint. If such blatant disregards for a fact-based wiki continue, I will see no choice but to add a dubious article template as well.

This article has seen rapid improvement over the past couple of weeks, and as such I do not think it requires the poor quality template. That being said, however, there is no reason to stop improving it. There is never such a thing as a perfect article on this wiki! Suzuki (talk) 00:01, 29 March 2018 (UTC)Reply[reply]

RE:

Hello I would like to know all the article containing bias. I did not mean for them to contain bias. I had good intentions. I have infoboxes for information about more things.

Flag and Bias

Hello. Please send me a picture of your flag to make it for you; please have the picture show the full flag. Also, there is obvious bias. Thanks.

This Section Confuses Me

Here is a section from your article:

Duke Recognizes these Nations as Sovereign

And all other Micronations. Non Recognized or State of Conflict Micronations will go in the section that they categorize in.

Hey Tom Kap, why do you have a list of nations that you recognize if you claim (right below the list in fact) that you recognize all micronations? That doesn't make too much sense to me. But maybe I'm missing something, so maybe if you explained it to me I could better understand it.

Thanks, --People's Republic of Phokland (talk) 15:01, 4 October 2018 (UTC)Reply[reply]

(Oh and P.S. you never start a sentence with "and").

A reminder

You should try to use more apostrophes where they're needed. Sez (talk) 10:25, 16 December 2018 (UTC)Reply[reply]
