Dear Presidents Vink, Morsi, and Wacht ,on behalf of the Huro-Atlantic Republic, I would like to propose some sort of informal relations or mutual recognition with all constituent nations in this union, the Confederate States of Derskov-Viadalvia. Please let me know if your party approves, and if so I will notify my Minister of Foreign Affairs to decide an outcome.
