Bidding has not concluded

There's something I don't quite understand about this article; you say that bidding for the contest ends in February, but the article already says that Andany is going to host the contest. I don't see how those two things can be true at the same time. Bob Christ (talk) 12:15, 13 January 2018 (UTC)
