The Territory of the Provisional Trotskyite Revolutionary Council, most commonly known as the T.P.T.R.C, is a micronation in North America... It was created when the Politburo of the U.C.C.R split over a falling out over ideological differences at the 1st Christian International. A Trotskyite opposition to the Central Committee started the "Provisional Trotskyite Revolutionary Council" and began a Revolution against the U.C.C.R.
