Suttornland Geographic Agency

The Suttornland Geographic Agency, otherwise known as Suttornland Geographic, the SGA, SuttGeo, or Suttgeo. Its mission is to explore and map new areas. It was created on May 5, 2021 by King Anonymous I of Suttornland. Its founding document is below.

        It has come to the King’s attention that Suttornland needs a corps of explorers, geographers, and cartographers. This is important to further the purposes of the Kingdom, and allow it to find land to annex and to help open relations with more nations. We need to be able to know the world around us. For these reasons, King Anonymous has decided to give the nation an agency to explore the world around us. The signing of this document by His Majesty the King of Suttornland will found the Suttornland Geographic Agency, which can be stylized as SuttGeo, Suttgeo, or the SGA.

Unlike the U.S.'s National Geographic, SuttGeo is government-run. This helps ensure that it continues its purpose and helps Suttornland.
