Suorian People's Socialist Jamahiriya (Suorian Jamahiriya) was a virtual state in Eastern Europe. The territory of Suoria within its constitutional borders was 300 km2; the population of the country (within its declared territory) was 300 people (2021). It was one of the most developed micronations of Russia. It was founded in 2021 and destroyed in 2021. It had many exclaves located in different parts of Eastern Europe.

History

The Suorian People's Socialist Jamahiriya was founded on October 1, 2021, after the fall of the monarchy and abolished on November 9, 2021 due to the crisis in foreign policy. This period in the history of Suoria is considered the most successful, with the exception of November, when, against the background of an external crisis, the government had to end the long history of micronation.

The fall of the Monarchy the restoration of the Jamahiriya (Green Revolution)

Starting from mid-September 2021, socialist sentiments are beginning to mature in the Suorian Tsardom, not only among citizens, but also in the government. Starting in 2020, when the political development of the country finally declined (the constitution has not been rewritten since the time of the Third Empire), the people begin to realize on an equal footing with the ruler of the state - Alexander Ilyukhin, that the monarchy has declined and is at its end. the period of the monarchy, equal to two years, did not give any significant political transformations, except for the preservation of the remnants of the feudal period (such as the death penalty, exile to prisons, duels, intermediate ranks and feudal microstates within the country, as well as an extremely fragmented political system). As a result, at the end of September, Kuntugat begins to develop a new regulation. The course was not taken on a standard republic, but a decision was made according to which the restoration of the jamahiriya that existed in 2019 took place.

The development of reforms was primarily handled by the current monarch, who later became the Fraternal Leader of the Suor Jamahiriya. September 31-October 1, the provisional government is proclaimed, which, however, was the same kuntugat headed by the tsar. On October 1, it adopted a resolution according to which the country was transformed into a Jamahiriya, and the tsar became a Fraternal Leader. Formally, the Suor State (provisional Government) was not proclaimed, but de facto existed in legal practice. According to the resolution, Suoria became a democratic jamahiriya, and Muammar Gaddafi's Green Book became the basic law, and Kuntugat became an open permanent parliament consisting of all citizens. The country's territories were reduced hundreds of times to those that made sense to be part of a new country.

Representatives of right-wing and conservative parties reacted extremely negatively to these events, as well as a number of right-wing authoritarian states, which in some way even refused to recognize the revolution, but soon all countries recognized this event and conducted diplomatic activities with Suoria as a jamahiriya.

Totalitarianism and repression of the first half of October

From October 1 to October 15, communes were organized in the country that made up the kuntugat, but although freedom of speech was proclaimed, the opinions of integralists and other political forces were suppressed, and their promoters were expelled from the Kuntugat, which in historiography is meant as repression. However, the first resolution contained incomplete information about the transformations in the country, so the Government decided to expand this declaration on October 15, which was the final legal statement of the new order in Suoria

On October 13, an economic development plan was developed, according to which the beginning of the search and development of peat was established

Economic heyday and political decline

On October 16, the repression ended, and censorship was completely abolished. The development of a People's Charter, an analogue of the Constitution in the Suorian Jamahiriya, has begun, and an agreement on mutual recognition with the Zveg states has been signed. On October 18, an agreement was signed with the Republic of Aswan. On October 27, Suoria and Malostvetlania revive the union in the form of a union state, parliamentary and presidential elections are held in it. On October 28, amid the crisis in Austragia, Prince Andrew, deposed by the aristocracy, is hiding in Suoria with his army. On October 29, the army of Austragia arrives in Suoria, and the prince and the leader agree on joint actions to restore the monarchy in Austragia and overthrow the aristocracy. Meanwhile, the radio starts working in Suoria. October 30-November 1, the elections in the Zalessky Union State end, the Senate begins its work, and Dmitry Khodzko becomes the president of the Union state. On November 2, an agreement was signed with the Union of Anarchist Republics, on November 6, a decree on the establishment of the Green Army was issued, also on this day a large peat deposit was discovered near the capital. On November 7, the Suorian government supports the Democratic Republic of Mauzerida, which has called them, and occupies it, declaring war on Australasia in order to restore the monarchy. Having occupied the whole of Austragia, on November 9, Suoria withdrew troops, recognized the power of Prince Andrew and concluded a mutual assistance agreement with him, which received negative criticism from the LIS and left the union, severing relations with the Kobrists and their countries. On November 9 and 10, the Government of Esgeldia makes an attempt to force Suoria to peace, which, however, ends with the abolition of Suoria, which could not withstand pressure from Esgeldia. On November 9, she was admitted to Rengo, but withdrew from it with the abolition. The republics of Omorea, Kirsia, Idelia and Yampolia gained independence, as a result of which a power struggle between legitimate governments and the opposition immediately began in Kirsia and Yampolia. So ended the history of Suoria, originating in September 2015.

Politics

Symbols

The flag of Suoria was a tricolor with a coat of arms in the center. The colors from bottom to top were arranged as follows with the following meaning: black - defeated enemies, white - purity of soul, green - jamahiriya and Green Revolution. The coat of arms was a typical image for socialist countries with a direct meaning. Branches of millet and oak, encircling the canvas flooded with sunlight and the image of the symbols of labor - an axe and a hammer.

Fundamentals of the state system

Since Suoria was proclaimed a Jamahiriya, there was a system of direct democracy in the country. Political parties, elections and referendums were banned, and any decision in domestic politics was reduced by the people to a single opinion. The Fraternal Leader was engaged in external affairs, otherwise the power continued to be divided into three branches as described below.

The administrative and territorial structure

Suoria was a federal state and until October 15 consisted of 21 communes, which were administrative-territorial units of the Suor Kingdom with full autonomy and their own garrisons of ground troops, which, however, were subordinate to the center. However, with the adoption of the second decree of the Provisional Government of October 15, a number of territories were alienated and seceded from the country, and then a number more were united into labor republics allocated on a national basis - Labor Omorea, Idelia, Kirsia and Yampolia, where there were Fraternal Leaders and Landmark People's Councils, as well as those quotas of autonomy that were established during the reign (foreign policy independence was further expanded). Thus, Suoria at the time of October 15 consisted of 10 communes and 4 labor republics. In fact, since November 7, the country also included Australasia and Mauzerida, which the Suor troops left on November 9.

Fraternal Leader

The fraternal Leader of Suoria throughout history was Alexander Ilyukhin, who inherited power from the time of the monarchy. The leader had representative, executive and foreign policy power, had the right to appoint and dismiss officials and ministers, was the commander-in-chief of the army and a symbol of the revolution, as well as the president of all state-owned companies, as well as the co-chairman of the Zalessky Union State. The title was abolished on November 9, 2021.

Executive power

Executive power belonged to ministries and ministers who remained in full force until October 15, but after the adoption of the Second Resolution, the number of ministers decreased sharply. The Minister of Education and Culture, Angelika Buklova, and the chairman of the CEC, Dmitry Kuznetsov, managed to keep their seats. On this day, the Ministry of Happiness and Welfare, the Ministry of Finance, the Ministry of Labor and Science, and the Ministry of Health were established, but the ministers were never appointed, and the rest were removed from office.

Judicial power

Judicial power belonged to the Supreme Court headed by the Supreme Judge - Andrey Rubtsov, who had been in office since tsarist times. However, in the entire history of Suoria, not a single application to the Supreme Court has ever been written in this way. Legally, it was not described how the judge leaves his seat, and the Fraternal Leader had no legal grounds for his removal until November 9, 2021.

Legislative branch

The Supreme People's Council - Kuntugat was a national parliament in which all citizens of Suoria had the right to sit, but only 20 out of 300, including the Fraternal Leader, sat. At any time, any person had the right to submit his bill for public inspection, but Kuntugat did not vote for its adoption or against it, and any issue was resolved by mutual concessions and a note to the average generally accepted draft that would suit all citizens at once. The Kuntugat was dissolved shortly before the publication of the document on the termination of the existence of the state, which was a clear offense on the part of the state, but it was expedient.

Political parties

Transformed into political associations from October 1, 2021

Foreign policy

In foreign policy, the country remained neutral and signed mutual recognition agreements with the Zveg States, the Republic of Aswan and the Union of Anarchist States, however, having entered into a war with Australia, the country had to violate neutrality and withdraw from the LIS, after which it joined Rengo. Foreign policy and its course were determined at the request of the Fraternal Leader, which, apparently, led to the collapse of a long-standing power, but helped to keep a moderate rate on the international arena in October.

Economy

The economy of Suoria began to develop rapidly on November 6 with the discovery of the Sotskovskoye peat deposit, from where a sample of peat soil was taken.  It was planned that peat would be exported to the Republic of Aniota and Poliano-Zarechye, however, due to the fall of the country, these plans collapsed. There was a fixed wage system in the country, and the minimum wage was 5 dinars per month, which is equal to 500 Russian rubles. There were state-owned television and radio companies, but the people were given the opportunity to open independent socialist initiatives.
