Drawakarta is the most largest Municipality of The Royal City of Arkapore,Sundapura is a Arkaporean enclave that is located in Southwest of Arkapore, around ±1 km from The Capital City of Drawakarta.Bandung is also the cultural center of Arkapore it is also dubbed as the Dayeuh Budaya or City of Culture, Sundanese culture and Islamic culture highly guarded by the citizens of Sundapura, as their proud identity , the duo also has the nicknames Jumstraad of Arkaporean or New Jumstraad.
Etymology & Demography
Sundapura name is taken from the name of the city which is the capital of Tarumanegara kingdom located in the province of West Java and w:Banten, Tarumanegara itself is a first Hindu-Buddhist kingdom on the archipelago of Nusantara, before Islam came to the Nusantara. Sundapura has two meanings, First sundapura taken from Sanskrit language, consist of two words Sunda and Pura which means House of Sundanese Peoples, second Sundapura taken from Sanskrit language as well, but consists of four syllables ie Su means Fire, Na means the Eternal, Da means the Great, Pura means the house, so Sundapura has means House of The Great Eternal Fire or House of Sun, Sundapura also believed by the people Baduy was adherents Sunda Wiwitan religion as a temple where the worship of The God of Sun
