The State of Lincentia was formed in October 2011 along with the State of Populi. The State first constructed a lounge but was later used as a the recording studio for Cigar Satire, the nation's only band. It now is used as a scientific and industrial production area. It also holds the most of the nation's Military gear. Its Current Governor is Marcus Hoffman and serves in the Governors Council.
