Early life

Most of his family came west to Washington from Western North Carolina and Tennessee.

Political career

Founding of Columbian America

Spencer Boudreau was always thought of by his peers as a leader due to his intellect.

He states that he is "naturally opposed the Obama administration" due to the way he feels the administration handle policies of negotiating with terrorists and the Affordable Care Act (also known as "Obamacare").

On April 15, 2014, he decided "enough was enough" and declared the original property of Stella and it's five inhabitants as an independent sovereign state, the United Republic of Boudreaulandia. On that day, he wrote the Declaration of Independence and the Constitution.

Elected as President of Columbian America

Since he started Columbian America five days before, the 25 residents thought it was only proper to elect him as the President of the new Republic. He appointed Andrew Walling as his Vice President. As first President, he created all of the current Departments and appointed all Ministers.

He ran for a second term in the May elections of 2014 but lost to Kindra Eubanks.

Eubanks appointed Boudreau as Vice President. In the emergency senate election, where the new president was elected by the Senatorial Mayors, Mathew Martin was appointed when Eubanks and Boudreau tied.

Boudreau was knighted on June 10, 2014 by HM Topher "The Great", Emperor of the Topherian Empire.

On June 13, Martin stepped down and appointed Spencer Boudreau as the 4th President of Columbian America. President Boudreau will personally open Evelyn Dills Park in Stella on June 18, 2014. At the ceremony, he will give his first official speech since creating the nation on April 15, 2014.

Minister of Foreign Relations

Then Vice President Boudreau created the department of Foreign Relations of Columbian America. He was appointed as Minister, which he still serves as today. He will travel to Washington D.C. on June 20 for a Foreign Relations tour of the city and to conduct relations within the U.S. Capitol. He will return on June 24. He is also the Minister of Foreign Relations and the Minister of the Sciences for the Huro-Atlantic Republic as a member of that nation's Conservative Party. He was appointed to that position on June 9, 2014.

Curator of Columbian American National Museum and National Librarian

President Spencer Boudreau created the national Library and National Museum of Columbian America and appointed himself as curator and librarian. He is accepting donations from other nations as of now. These can be sent to his email or to him at Mark Morris High School in October 2014. These donations can be in the form of 1. Books. 2. Brochures or pamphlets. 3. Maps. 4. Important documents or copies of said documents. 5. Natural History specimens in the form of feathers, bones, pressed plant specimens and mineral samples. All of these must be come with a label telling where they were collected and what they are. 6. Small paintings, must be signed and dated.

President Boudreau is trying to get a levy passed in Congress to get a tax fund set up to help finance acquisitions of the Library and Museum.
