The order was created on the holy land in 1396 by Christians, the order never obeyed the pope because its existence was in secret, the main goals of the order remain unchanged: the protection of the holy land, helping the poor, the main non-interference in the affairs of the world. The Order is an autonomous entity and has several headquarters in central and eastern Europe.
