The Slavtrian Manual of Traffic Control Devices, commonly called the SMTCD, is the government-made manual of road signs, signals, and warnings in the Republic of Slavtria. It is mainly based off of the Ohio Manual of Uniform Traffic Control Devices for Streets and Highways, but also has some things that are unique to the manual.
