His Excellency Silagorn Kulsanthea (Thai: ศิลากรณ์ กุลสันเทียะ; RTGS: Silakorn Kulsanthia, Born: 7 April 2005) is a Ratchasima politician and popular micronationalist. He has been serving as the Chairman of the Provisional People's Government of Ratchasima since 19 October 2015 - 21 December 2015 and he has been serving as the Paramount Leader of People's Republic of Ratchasima since the founding of the state on 21 December 2015. Incumbently serving as President of The Republic of the Union of Ratchasima since the founding of the Republic on 21 February 2024 until 15 June 2024.

Early life

Mr. Silagorn Kulsanthea was born on April 7, 2005 at Suranaree Camp Hospital, Mueang District, Nakhon Ratchasima Province.

Graduation

Mr. Silakorn Kulsanthea received graduation at various levels as follows:

Thailand (Royal Thai Army)

Before kulsanthea served in the Royal Thai Army He was accepted into the Faculty of Music and Acting. International music major Burapha University, Chonburi province. Presidential First-term (21 February - 29 March 2024)

Eight years after he founded the country, Kulsanthea intended for Ratchasima to become a member of Grand Unified Micronations, but when he applied for membership, GUM members raised doubts about his governance. He and the newly arrived Silagornism causing him to decide to change the government from a communist regime to a democratic regime. He established the Republic of the Union of Ratchasima. and will be sworn-in as president on 21 February 2024.

Presidential Second-term (29 March 2024 - 15 June 2024)

After he established a democratic regime and established a temporary National Assembly He organized the National Assembly and Presidential elections. by both elections It happened on 25 March 2024. Onward party won the election, winning seventh of the ten assembly seats. And he won the election and became president for a second term, and he was sworn in on 29 March 2024.

After the cabinet was appointed in May 2024, his cabinet faced problems causing some ministers to gradually resign. After resigning from the presidency

After Kulsanthea resigned from the presidency, he devoted his life to the university, even though he was appointed as the Minister of Finance and Head of the President's Office. Prime Minister of New Capanesia

In the August elections in New Capanesia, Kulsanthea was elected as the Prime Minister on August 8, 2024. During his term as Prime Minister, his cabinet began to work immediately. However, after becoming Prime Minister, there was a disagreement between Piya Daengja and himself. He himself had criticized the work of Mr. Piya Daengja when Kulsanthea was the President of Ratchasima. And when he became Prime Minister, he tried to show Piya Daengja political courtesy on many occasions. But Piya Daengja still obstructed the work of his government, causing the government's operation to be slow and obstructed. Until he started to have a quarrel with Daengja and he had to resign as Prime Minister of New Capanesia on August 31, 2024 because of the disagreement between Kulsanthea and Daengja.

Supreme Leader and Founding of State

After Mr. Silagorn declared independence and established the Ratchasima People's Republic. He led the country to a socialist communist regime. He believed that this regime would be able to make the country more prosperous. He believed in the regime as a form of personal worship. This made Ratchasima at that time full of worship for him. and there were many hymns which inclined to praise him. He believed in the ruling style of Mao Zedong and Deng Xiaoping that eventually led to the Cultural Revolution.

Cultural revolution

His culture of individualism grew until in late 2023, at the 2nd Communist Party Congress, his idea Silagornism was introduced as a guideline for his rule. It is believed that The Cultural Revolution had begun since that Party meeting.
