The Chamber of Senators (or Senate for short) is the upper house of the Istrian Parliament founded in 2005 after the fall of the communist regime. This Senate was voted and appointed by the CoD before the Senate Act of 2020 that stated that the number of senators is determined by the majority and minority parties that win the Governmental Elections.
