The Second Coastal Empire is an autonomous territorial entity, commonly referred to as a micronation, which was founded in early 2020. It claims physical territory in three continents alongside an AI controlled virtual planet called Zallia. All territory of the empire ultimately falls under the dominion of the Emperor, Raven Corteir.
The Second Coastal Empire was formed from a merge between the first Coastal Empire, the Kingdom of Zallia and Northarctica, the latter of which is a former territory of the Phoklandian Free State which was left unclaimed by the Grand Navārdian Commonwealth.[1] The Coastal Empire is one of the most advanced micronations of the modern era, with a fully functioning economy and a skilled digital workforce. Primary Zallian exports include music[2] and video games. In addition, several AI projects are being produced within the nation.
