Lakan Gat Mahayap, (born Luis Hayate M. Palay Jr., c, 1993) is the first monarch of the Kaleido and the current Director-General of the Greater Kaleido National Guards. His involvement in micronationalism dated back at least as early as 2012 when he is one of the co-founders of the Grand Duchy of Kaleido, as well as the Independent State of Kaleido.
