Rubio Woods is a Forest in Kapreburg. It is famous in the area for being home to the abandoned town of Goeselville and is famous worldwide for being home to the supposed most haunted cemetery in the world, Bachelors Grove.

Rubio Woods is famous in the area for being home to the abandoned town of Goeselville, in Goeselville you can find the foundations of houses and even some basements. The town was setup in the 1800s and abandoned shortly after. At it’s peak it had a population of around 10, a general store and even had plans to construct a railroad through the town.

Bachelor’s Grove

Rubio Woods is home to a cemetery known as Bachelor’s Grove. This cemetery is known worldwide for being supposedly one of if not the most haunted cemetery in the world. Horror enthusiasts from all over the world come to this cemetery to spot ghosts, as there has been numerous ghost sightings and unexplained occurrences there. People who have been there report seeing orbs in the photos they take there, and a sulfur like smell around the cemetery. Even the Ghost-hunting TV Show, Ghost Adventures has been to this cemetery.
