The Royal Atieran Regiment (RAR) is an infantry regiment of the Atieran Royal Army. The regiment consists of two battalions, one in the regular force and the second in the primary reserve.
The 1st Battalion is designated as mechanized infantry and the 2nd Battalion is designated as light infantry reserves.

The Royal Atieran Regiment enjoys the unique distinction in the Atieran Royal Army of being the sole regiment with a dedicated Pipe Band. His Majesty's Pipe and Drum Band of the 2RA REG currently have 3 standing members, as well 5 additional part-time members. The pipes are commanded by the band Pipe Major, Colonel William Cooper, and the Corps of Drums is commanded by Captain Michael Shepard. The band is currently working on producing a recording of an arrangement of the national anthem of the Kingdom of Atiera, "Glory Be," which was composed by Captain Shepard, and arranged for pipe band by Col. Cooper.
