The Ross Ice Shelf is an protectorate of the Principality of Arkel located in Antarctica. The Commonwealth of Azusa gave Maarten I of Arkel one third of the Ross Ice Shelf. The country doesn't have a constitution, but a Staatsregeling, which is very similar to a constitution. It is based on the constitution of Arkel.
