The Republic of Balboa is a micronation founded by Matthew Mullin in June 2018. The Republic of Balboa is approximately 184.7 square mikes (263.8 square feet) of land, including a 2.8 square mikes (4 square feet) drone port. It has 3 provinces, the Soul Province (Because it is the soul of Balboa), the Drive Province, and the Igneous Province (because of it's heat).
