The Republic - Then called "The Democratic Christian Republic of (Class) 11B", held a referendum regarding the Name of the state after the D.C.R. Courts criticized "the silliness of keeping the name Class 11B when the Republic was no longer located at the school where it was founded", and ordered a referendum.

The Courts permitted that the referendum be held in a public Internet Space (Twitter) @dcrmelitgov, and as it was a public poll (which are anonymous on Twitter), it was an anonymous vote.
